Privacy Policy
This is a plain-English summary of how Atlas CFO ("we", "us") handles personal information. It applies to atlasai.finance and the Atlas CFO private beta. We try not to be clever about this — the goal is that anyone reading should know what we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups. When you submit the form, we receive your email,
and (optionally) name, organization, ticket size, and free-text notes. The submission
is delivered to
hello@atlasai.financevia our forms provider. - Standard server logs. Like every website, our hosting layer logs IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. Used for debugging and abuse prevention; rotated regularly.
- localStorage. If you submit the waitlist, we store a key
(
atlas:waitlist:submitted) on your device so we can pre-fill your email and show a "you're already on the list" notice. Clearing your browser storage removes it. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics SDKs on the waitlist page. - Cloudflare Turnstile. The waitlist form runs Turnstile, a privacy- preserving bot check by Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives a one-time token from your browser to verify you're human; they do not build a tracking profile.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your waitlist signup and admit you to the private beta.
- To send you product updates if you opt in (we will not email you marketing material without your consent).
- To prevent abuse of the form (spam, bots, fraud).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We do not run ad-network pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, etc.) on this page.
- We do not process payments through this page; if and when you become a paying customer, that flow has its own disclosures.
Subprocessors
We use the following third-party services to operate the waitlist:
- Web3Forms — receives waitlist submissions and forwards them to our inbox (privacy policy).
- Cloudflare — content delivery and Turnstile bot check (privacy policy).
- Inter font (rsms.me) — webfont CDN. No account or tracking.
Your rights
Email hello@atlasai.finance at any time to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete you from the waitlist.
- Withdraw consent for any future communication.
If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional statutory rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively. We honor those rights regardless of where you live; this paragraph is here so you know your jurisdiction's framing.
Children
Atlas CFO is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and notify waitlist subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
