Plain-English summary. This page is the Atlas CFO waitlist — we use it to take signup interest and to share product updates with people who request access. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of any specific market outcome. By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing atlasai.finance or submitting our waitlist form, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The Atlas CFO product

Atlas CFO ("the Service") is a software product currently in private beta. Features described on this site reflect what is shipped or actively in development at the time of writing. The Service may change without notice during the beta period.

3. Not investment advice

Important. Nothing on Atlas CFO — including any text, agent output, brief, thesis, or data display — constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Atlas CFO is a software tool. Outputs are generated from public data sources and AI reasoning models, and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified, licensed advisor before acting.

Atlas CFO is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or registered representative. We do not custody assets. Trade execution capabilities, where present, are provided through third-party broker integrations operated by your broker of record under their terms.

4. Waitlist signups

Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee access to the beta or to any future paid tier.
You agree to provide accurate information. We may decline or remove signups that appear fraudulent, automated, or abusive.
You may withdraw your signup at any time by emailing hello@atlasai.finance.

5. Intellectual property

The Atlas CFO name, logo, screen names (MON, GIP, THESIS, INSDR, etc.), design system, code, and copy are owned by us or our licensors. "Bloomberg" is a registered trademark of Bloomberg Finance L.P.; we reference it descriptively, not as endorsement or affiliation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its backing services; (b) use automated tools to mass-submit the waitlist form or scrape pages; (c) impersonate other people or organizations; (d) use the site in violation of any applicable law.

7. Third-party services

The waitlist form posts to a third-party form provider, and the human-check uses Cloudflare Turnstile. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of subprocessors. Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and any beta access are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data shown is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas CFO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site or any reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising under or related to the site is limited to USD $100.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced to waitlist subscribers by email before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer and your local law gives you stronger protections, those continue to apply.
